Confirming captures the hold and issues the ticket upstream. The PNR comes back immediately and your commission is credited on the spot.

Commission is set per operator, route or bus type and is credited to your wallet the moment a ticket is issued — never deducted from it. On top of that you add your own markup per seat, within the percentage cap and the flat per-seat ceiling on your account.
If a booking is cancelled, the refund returns to whatever funded it and the commission reverses in proportion. Nothing has to be reconciled by hand.
