2. Eligibility & partner accounts
Partners must provide accurate information and complete any required KYC verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Use of services
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations. You must not misuse the services, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in fraudulent transactions.
4. Limitation of liability
Services are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
